I love the summer Olympics and plan to watch as many of the events as possible. I’m completely in awe of the athletes that train tirelessly for years in hope of winning the gold medal for their country. I’m even more in awe of the athletes that are also mothers. Athletes like Volleyball star, Kerri Walsh. She divides her time between raising two lovely little boys and training for the 2012 London Olympic Games, that is a hard-working mama. Pampers, in concert with P&G’s international sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic Games, is recognizing the achievements of babies and moms worldwide by partnering with Olympians who are not only amazing athletes but moms of little champions too. In honor of the great men and women who will be represent the United States of America in the 2012 Olympics Pampers has launched it’s Facebook sweepstakes.

It’s holiday baking season. I love to bake but I don’t necessarily need all of the extra sugar, so I’ve been working on a healthier brownie option. Paleo Dark Chocolate Brownies are made with all natural ingredients, are gluten free and contain NO sugar. I used honey and almond butter to provide a natural sweetness…
It’s about that time of year when my spring allergies start to flare up. My eyes water, my nose runs and the sneezing is out of control. I’m not totally sure what type of plant or pollen triggers my symptoms but one day I’ll be fine and the next day I’m in allergy hell. When…
I love shopping for clothes for my husband. He likes particular styles but doesn’t really like to shop so that means I get to pick out his clothes most of the time. He prefers fairly simple clothing with a bit of a modern edge. I like natural fibers and the straight lines of modern style….
