So I’ve been participating in the #mamavation #2weekchallenge. I just started week two and I’m really loving it. Before Mamavation I’d been going to the YMCA and doing the elliptical about 3 times a week but not really pushing myself. I just needed a little motivation. I’m still doing the elliptical but have added 6 days of strength training and I feel pumped.
So yesterday I put together a new workout mix for my iPod.
