Brash Music and Tree Top Records, partnered to create and produce “Cradle Rock”. Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” greatest hits from Johnny Cash and chart topping singles from Kenny Chesney would be the first three albums in a lullaby series, hitting stores October 26th. Soothing sounds from instruments such as the vibraphone, glockenspiel and mellotron are used to create lullabies based on famous, iconic artists and albums in the country, rock and pop genres
The Cradle Rock albums are so fun. Jude has loved music since the day he was born and it’s nice to be able to share some of my favorite music with him that is child appropriate. I particularly love the Johnny Cash album and of course the Michael Jackson album is just pure fun. I am not at all familiar with Kenny Chensey so that album was kind of lost on me but any country music fan would probably love it.
Additional Cradle Rock albums in development include U2’s “The Joshua Sleep Tree,” Black Eyed Peas’ “Sleep-pea Hits” as well as lullaby albums inspired by Nickelback, Carrie Underwood and The Eagles to name a few.
If you know anyone who is expecting that is a music lover this would make a perfect baby shower gift. The baby can enjoy the sweet melodies of the lullabies and mom and dad will smile at the familiar tune.

Summer is almost over but that doesn’t mean you can pack away your sunscreen. You should really protect your skin everyday, regardless of the season or weather. But you should be sure to take extra care, especially on days like today where the heat index is at an estimated 105 degrees. I really love that…
I’m a southern girl and to say I like iced tea is an understatement, it probably flows through my veins. As I’ve gotten older I’d like to think my tastes have refined and I like to be adventurous with my food and drink. I’ve recently discovered that I really like flavored iced teas. None of…

This week we’re going to be talking cars. Honestly, I don’t know too much about cars but I know enough to not sound too stupid when talking to the mechanic. When I was growing up my dad always took care of the “car stuff”. I always thought when I got married my husband would take…

I remembered seeing them build PDQ a few years ago but we’d only been once when…
I didn’t read a lot of the classic children’s books when I was growing up, so I missed reading, “A Wrinkle In Time” by Madeleine L’Engle. But I’ve heard a lot of good things about the story and it is on my “to-read with the kids” list. All that to say I had no expectations…
