It’s no secret that getting kids to eat their vegetables can be a challenge. Luckily, Jude will eat a few select vegetables willingly and almost enthusiastically. However, there are myriad of vegetables he won’t even look at. So I do my best to cleverly incorporate them into our meals hoping he might accidentally digest one or two.
KidFresh has done one better. They do a masterful job of hiding vegetables in every single one of their meals. So good in fact, that I didn’t even realize what vegetables were in any of the meals until I looked it up. Jude tried the Wagon Wheels Mac + Cheese and completely devoured the meal. He had no idea that hidden in the cheese sauce was mashed up carrots. (A food he usually avoids.)
