It’s no secret that getting kids to eat their vegetables can be a challenge. Luckily, Jude will eat a few select vegetables willingly and almost enthusiastically. However, there are myriad of vegetables he won’t even look at. So I do my best to cleverly incorporate them into our meals hoping he might accidentally digest one or two.
KidFresh has done one better. They do a masterful job of hiding vegetables in every single one of their meals. So good in fact, that I didn’t even realize what vegetables were in any of the meals until I looked it up. Jude tried the Wagon Wheels Mac + Cheese and completely devoured the meal. He had no idea that hidden in the cheese sauce was mashed up carrots. (A food he usually avoids.)
Jude gives it a Big Thumbs Up!
Kidfresh meals are prepared with hidden veggies, providing up to 33% of a child’s daily needs. They offer 6 delicious meal varieties I’m sure any kid will love: Totally Twisted Pasta and Meatballs, Rainbow Rice and Chicken, Easy Cheesy Ravioli, Spaghetti Loops Bolognese, Muy Cheesy Quesadillas, and Wagon Wheels Mac + Cheese.
KidFresh meals can be prepared in the microwave or conventional oven. We don’t own a microwave so I really like that I can make them in the oven. Obviously, it takes a little longer in the oven but they are still just as delicious.
