It’s no secret that getting kids to eat their vegetables can be a challenge. Luckily, Jude will eat a few select vegetables willingly and almost enthusiastically. However, there are myriad of vegetables he won’t even look at. So I do my best to cleverly incorporate them into our meals hoping he might accidentally digest one or two.
KidFresh has done one better. They do a masterful job of hiding vegetables in every single one of their meals. So good in fact, that I didn’t even realize what vegetables were in any of the meals until I looked it up. Jude tried the Wagon Wheels Mac + Cheese and completely devoured the meal. He had no idea that hidden in the cheese sauce was mashed up carrots. (A food he usually avoids.)
Jude gives it a Big Thumbs Up!
Kidfresh meals are prepared with hidden veggies, providing up to 33% of a child’s daily needs. They offer 6 delicious meal varieties I’m sure any kid will love: Totally Twisted Pasta and Meatballs, Rainbow Rice and Chicken, Easy Cheesy Ravioli, Spaghetti Loops Bolognese, Muy Cheesy Quesadillas, and Wagon Wheels Mac + Cheese.
KidFresh meals can be prepared in the microwave or conventional oven. We don’t own a microwave so I really like that I can make them in the oven. Obviously, it takes a little longer in the oven but they are still just as delicious.

Disney Pixar’s “Cars 3” is cruising into theaters on June 16th, so to prepare for the racing excitement the boys and I took a little trip to the NC Museum of History to learn about the history of auto racing in North Carolina. We aren’t big NASCAR or racing fans but North Carolina’s racing history…
To say my boys like Star Wars in an understatement. The only think I think they might like MORE than Star Wars is Angry Birds Star Wars. For Christmas Jude got a few Angry Birds Star Wars games and he loves them! May 4th is Star Wars Day (May the Fourth be with you.)…
As a blogging mom I spend a good amount of my free time on the computer. Joe also spends a lot of time working on building his servers and computer network. So, a lot of evenings we sit at our respective computers working on various projects but not really spending any time together. Because…
Over the weekend, we took a family trip to Atlanta, Georgia to visit the Georgia Aquarium. We stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Atlanta which is located right next door to the aquarium. The boys loved staying at the hotel and we all did surprisingly well sleeping in a room together. They…
We don’t get sick often in our house but when one of us does we always opt for natural remedies. So when we discovered Zarbee’s Children’s Cough Syrup I was excited but still skeptical. Not because I didn’t think it would work but because I was concerned about how “natural” it really was. After doing…
Jude asks to go outside and blow bubbles almost every day. If you’ve ever played with bubbles with a 3 year old you know what a mess it can be. I usually end up with soap running down my arm and suds everywhere. For this very reason I love Gazillion Bubble products. We just received…
