Every Friday night is pizza night in the Lieb house. Ocassionally I’ll make a pizza from scratch or we’ll order one but usually we eat a frozen pizza. And since we eat one every week we make sure they taste delicious, that is why we like Freschetta pizzas.
We tried the Roasted Garlic and Spinach Flat-Bread and it was delicious. Joe really likes thin crust pizza so this was right up his alley. It was a nice light pizza which is often hard to come by. I really like that Freschetta offers a variety of pizza styles so you can still enjoy the same great flavors but in different crust thickness or cooking style. Personally, I’m not a big fan of Freschetta FlatBread pizzas, I prefer a thick crust but I know that if I’m going to eat a pizza a Flat Bread is a much healthier option. Finally, since the pizza is so thin it’s very quick to make, which is great for those times you are super hungry and can’t wait to eat.
Pizza is also a greally great way to incorporate vegetables into the diet of your children. Jude will eat just about anything on a pizza.

I’ve recently starting attending yoga classes at my local YMCA. Last month I vowed to try as many new exercise classes available and fell in love with yoga. The gym offers mats you can use during yoga class but there is something about using using your own mat which gives you a little more peace….
For Mother’s Day this year I asked for some home work out gear. Since I have 3 little ones and no childcare my workout times are fairly limited. Therefore my only option is to workout at home but doing jumping jacks and push-ups get boring really quickly. I love dancing (although I’m not very good)…
Friday, April 12th is National Licorice Day. Did you know that more than 30,000 tons of Red Vines are made each year or more than 400,000 miles of licorice that’s enough to wrap around the Earth more than 16 times! The American Licorice Company has been producing licorice for 33 years and produce Red Vines…
I’ll admit it, I’m not a cat person. Not by choice though. I’m allergic to cat dander, it’s a genetic curse I guess you could say. So, we’ll probably never adopt a cat. However, I do think cats are pretty rad. Earlier this month, Scotties Facial Tissues partnered with animal rescue organizations up and down…
Last night I took Jude to the circus and we had so much fun. I think Jude was most excited to see a dragon, which he kept getting confused with dinosaurs. I kept reminding him that dragons aren’t real and that dinosaurs are extinct but he didn’t seem to care. The Ringling Bros and Barnam…
What toddler doesn’t love Cheerios? When I was a kid my grandmother swore that my brother and I were made of peanut butter, jelly and Cheerios. General Mills has been making great products, like Cheerios, since 1860 and to this day they are constantly working to make products that make the world healthier, easier and…
