One of the reasons I choose to use cloth diapers was it seemed like it would be more comfortable on little bottoms. I’m also a sucker for soft fabrics so when Preston’s Pants sent me their Perfect Size Minky Pocket Diaper I immediately fell in love.
I love that the inside and outside of this diaper are super soft but you don’t have to use a cover because there is a water-proof lining inside. I also love the color combination of orange and navy. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite diapers. I’m not a huge fan of snaps but these are quick and easy to use. As for it’s absorbency, I’ve only used it a handful of times but I haven’t encountered any leaks or problems.

I’ve been trying to teach Jude different ways to give and that the holidays are about more than receiving presents. Last week we bought a gift for our the angel tree as part of the Teaching Kids to Give series and this week we mailed a post card to the USO through the Cheerios Cheer…
I am a bit of chocoholic. (Joe would make some joke about me being addicted to Chocohol if I said this when he was around.) But seriously, I think my body requires a daily dose of chocolate, which while it tastes yummy isn’t all that good for my body. That is why I love Jell-O…
“Everything should taste like bacon.” That’s the Bacon Salt slogan and I think most men would agree with this statement. I made the Daveburgers for dinner last night and they were delicious. I didn’t add as much bacon salt as suggested because I was afraid. However, they turned out pretty good and I think next…
This year will be my 7th wedding anniversary. The first song Joe and I danced to at our wedding was David Gray’s Slow Motion. To us it symbolized a moment in life that seems to just defy time. What we love about Gray’s music is the way he combines a melodious sound with epic lyrics that…
My kids are really into technology. It sucks them in and stimulates their little brains. I love technology, it’s an important part of our culture. Kids learn so much just by touching a screen. But it’s also important for kids to be active and engage in physical play. So every day, we make sure to…
My Star Wars buff husband, Joe would wear a Star Wars t-shirt every day if he could. But with his current job he is supposed to dress business casual. He does on occasion slip a fun white t-shirt under his dress shirts. Like his new Elivis Meets Vader T-shirt from Headline Shirts. Taken from the…
