“Nack, Nack, Nack!”, cries Jude. The boy is always hungry. As a mom to a growing boy it is important that I always have a snack on hand. When we’re out running errand the last thing you want is a cranky hungry toddler. I also hate being wasteful and polluting our home, so I’m excited to share with you snackTaxi. snackTaxi makes adorable reusable fabric snack and sandwich bags.
snackTaxi sent us their Waste Free Starter Kit which includes, a snack bag, sandwich bag and napkin. First off these guys are adorable with the super cute fabric selections and color combination. Next, Jude thinks he’s hot stuff with he easy to open and close bag. These bags are so easy to use I can put in his snack and when we’re done rinse it out or even put it in the washer.

Joe is a music nerd. He owns over 2000 CD, not counting all of the MP3 downloads and LPs. Before we met I thought I had a good knowledge of all things music but then he completely blew me out of the water. However, music is one of the many things we share a love…
Now that Jude is in Kindergarten he gets to take his lunch every day. He loves carrying his lunch box and I love packing him healthy lunches. I try to assemble a well balanced meal each day but I’m no bento box mom. Sometimes I give my kids packaged foods. Gasp! Sometimes you need to…
Christmas decorations are coming down and all the stores are putting out Valentine’s Day Goodies. As a kid I always loved Valentine’s Day at school. We made special mailboxes for our desk and everyone would pass out their valentines. I always wanted to give the most unique or funny cards but in the 80’s the…
Every year we throw away at least 1 strand of broken Christmas lights. Instead of throwing out entire strands of Christmas lights, we should use the Lightkeeper Pro to fix our lights. The Light Keeper Pro sends a pulse through the light set to find the defective shunt, fixes it, and allows the lights to…
I think keeping your baby close is important to healthy development. I mean your newborn has spent the last 9+ months as close as a person can get to you it only seems natural that they would feel safest close to you outside of the womb. When Jude was a baby I had a sling…
Jude loves marshmallows. On our old house he used to climb the cabinets just to reach the marshmallows we’d hidden on the top shelf. With summer quickly approaching I really hope we get the chance to let him try a S’more for the first time. I know he loves each of the ingredients individually so…
