Hi! My name is Jessica Lieb

I live in a small town outside Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) and I am an NC Disney Travel Agent. I graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, with a B.S. degree in communication. It is a joy to be married to my best friend, Joe, and be the mother of four beautiful, amazing children.

I went to Disney World for the first time as a little child in the early 1980s. I have had the opportunity to visit Disney World over 20 times since then, and every trip is filled with magic. Every time I see Cinderella’s castle in the distance, I get emotional. No matter how old I get, entering a Disney park makes me feel like a kid again. It is impossible to describe the joy it gives me when I see my kids’ faces light up when they meet their favorite Disney character or ride a new ride. Everything about a day at Disney is magical.

I became an agent with ET Family Travel because of my love of planning, my passion for travel, and my love of all things Disney. My goal is to assist others in discovering the wonder of Disney! YES! The commissions I receive from Disney are built into the price you pay. You receive the same price if you book rooms and tickets with me or directly with Disney. However, I often find discounts and other promotional offerings you might not know about.

It’s simple! Just fill out the travel quote form for the type of vacation you wish to book. Once we receive your information, I will contact you to go over your trip’s details. Then, I research options and create a quote that best matches your request. Next, we will review your options together, and I will handle all the booking details. I will guide you through the entire process, answering any of your questions.

There are several reasons to use a travel agent for planning your Disney vacation. First, if you are booking through an agent specializing in Disney, I constantly check to see if new deals are being offered that would lower your rates. Secondly, I will book your Disney World advanced dining reservations, coordinate airport transportation, and book tour reservations. Finally, I will help you create an itinerary customized to your needs.

Not Usually. The Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. only requires a deposit if you book your vacation in advance. Deposit rates vary based on the resort or type of package you select. Your deposit is made directly to the Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc. Your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time of booking. Booking made last minute will need to be paid in full.
