Meal Planning Monday
Since Joe gets paid every two weeks we try to do 1 big grocery tip after pay day and then a small refresher trip at the beginning of week 2. While we are trying to eat healthfully we also can’t afford to break the bank.
This is week 2 so before we headed out to the store we took inventory of what we had left and what we needed to make meals this week without going over our food budget.
Monday – Paleo Pork Chops with Mushrooms and Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
Tuesday – Chicken Fajitas
Wednesday – Barbacoa with Avocado
Thursday – Sweet Beef Scramble
Friday – Out
Saturday – Burgers and Homemade Sweet Potato Chips
Sunday – London Broil
