The NC Symphony has teamed up with several members of the Temple Theatre in Sanford, NC to perform the classic musical “The Music Man”.
For more than fifty years, The Music Man’s timeless story of love and devotion—as well as trouble with a capital T—has delighted audiences of all ages. Now the NC Symphony is staging your favorite selections from Meredith Willson’s treasured Broadway score, and they don’t need all seventy-six trombones to make it a musical showcase you won’t soon forget.
Did you know?
The original Music Man won five Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and the cast album won the first Grammy Award for Best Original Cast Album.
The Music Man will take plan April 13-15 at the Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh.
