Album Review: Snow Patrol, Fallen Empire
What I like about the Fallen Empire album is that Snow Patrol has started to step out of their comfort zone. I like Snow Patrol’s style but at some point all of their songs had started to sound the same. Fallen Empire still has those powerful ballads which they are so well known for but some of the songs have a darker and quieter fell which I really enjoy.
Several guest performer contributed to the album like singer Lissie; Queens of the Stone Age guitarist, Troy Van Leeuwen; Nico Muhly and Owen Pallett.
