To say there are Star Wars fans in my house would be a huge understatement. Star Wars permeates from the walls of our home. Needless to say we are all very excited about the 3D release of Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.
The movie comes out tonight, February 10th! I think Joe will be taking Jude to see it at some point this weekend. All week long we’ve been talking Star Wars. (This isn’t really an odd thing Star Wars talk is pretty typical around here.) Breakfast is when the conversation starts as Jude eats his Cheerios. See General Mills Big G cereals are helping to promote the new Star Wars 3D movie.
Participating packs of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Reese’s Puffs, Cheerios, and Cookie Crisp contain exclusive Star Wars pens. You can collect all 8 pens that feature iconic Episode I characters including: Anakin Skywalker, Obi Wan Kenobi, Queen Amidala, Yoda, R2D2, C3PO, Jar Jar Binks and Darth Maul. We have all but 1 pen, C3PO.
Bring the force to your breakfast with special marked boxes of Big G cereals.

One of the sacrifices we made when we moved into this larger house was a downgrade in our bedroom closets. In our old house Joe and I each had a full-sized closet to ourselves. In this house we are sharing 1 standard size closet. It’s tight. There is some order to it but ultimately there…
So yeah I know it’s not for another month but Andrea and I were talking about the holidays today and I was thinking about all the holiday foods I DON’T like. I don’t like turkey, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, or pumpkin pie. Basically your traditional Thanksgiving dinner. However, if it…

He deep cleaned my bathroom. He clean out both vacuums. He broke down several boxes and recycled them.He clipped my coupons with me.He made me chocolate milk and baked some cookies. He went on a long walk with…
With only a few weeks of summer left we need to get busy crossing things off our summer bucket list. Can you believe that Jude has NEVER finger painted, well not with real paint and not as an assigned project. He is a messy kid so I knew he would absolutely love the opportunity to…
We finally set up a “homeschool room”. Well it’s really part homeschool, part playroom but the majority of the space is centered around learning. So we’ll call it our homeschool room. The formal living room in our house is sort of unused space for us. Initially when we moved it it was a play room…
