To say there are Star Wars fans in my house would be a huge understatement. Star Wars permeates from the walls of our home. Needless to say we are all very excited about the 3D release of Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace.
The movie comes out tonight, February 10th! I think Joe will be taking Jude to see it at some point this weekend. All week long we’ve been talking Star Wars. (This isn’t really an odd thing Star Wars talk is pretty typical around here.) Breakfast is when the conversation starts as Jude eats his Cheerios. See General Mills Big G cereals are helping to promote the new Star Wars 3D movie.
Participating packs of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Reese’s Puffs, Cheerios, and Cookie Crisp contain exclusive Star Wars pens. You can collect all 8 pens that feature iconic Episode I characters including: Anakin Skywalker, Obi Wan Kenobi, Queen Amidala, Yoda, R2D2, C3PO, Jar Jar Binks and Darth Maul. We have all but 1 pen, C3PO.
Bring the force to your breakfast with special marked boxes of Big G cereals.

I’m a virtual farmer. Not really, but recently I’ve been spending a lot of time researching farms, farmer markets and various farm animals. And no, I’m not playing Farmville. This past week or so I’ve been busy with some fun design work. You see, a little over a year ago my brother, sister-in-law and their…
These past few weeks have been a blur. With all the business of moving I haven’t thought too much about this pregnancy, other than the uncomfortable contractions I have each day that remind me to slow down and take it easy. It just hit me this morning that in about 8 weeks (give or take…
Jude had his first full bottle last night. Yesterday, I pumped 3oz. of milk and stored it in the refrigerator. And last night after our dinner and a small feeding from me I handed a drowsy baby over to dad for the continuation of his meal. Joe had a little bit of difficulty holding Jude…
The boys went back to school last week and I was super sad to see our 3 week track out come to an end. We had so much fun, especially during our last week together. We accomplished everything on our track out bucket list and then some. We toured our city, spent a lot of…
Saturday was a very busy day. Busy but also a lot of fun. Everyone slept until about 8am which is always nice. Then the big boys piled in the bed with us. It was cold outside of the covers so we tried to keep everyone in bed with us but alas the boys were ready…
Thursday night after the Maundy Thursday service we went out to eat at The Flying Biscuit. Joe had to play the second service so it was my parents, Joe’s parents, grandma, me and Jude. We had a lot of fun watching Jude dip is pancakes in syrup. Friday morning we went to the NC Museum…
