Year 3 – An Anniversary Date
Last night Joe and I celebrated out 3rd wedding anniversary with a fabulous date night. We love sushi but rarely get to eat it since 1. It’s expensive and 2. Jude hasn’t developed a taste for it. So we decided to indulge ourselves and get some good sushi. My mom watched Jude and we headed to Sono. We’d heard great things about Sono but had never dined there. Luckily, a few weeks prior I purchased a 1/2 price gift certificate on ZSpotlight so we were able to really enjoy our meal without the worry of money.

We ended the evening at on the roof of The Busy Bee, The Hive. He got coffee, I got tea and we split the most amazing dessert.
Dessert – some sort of tiramisu cake
It was the perfect evening of eating, walking around downtown Raleigh and just catching up on life. We laughed a lot and talked about deep issues… all the things you do with your best friend.
