I always knew deep down I was a rock star, but I wasn’t gifted with phenomenal musical abilities. Well, I can still be a rock star without ever having to leave my home, seriously. I think most stay at home moms would consider themselves to be rock stars.
Andrea and I at the Type A Mom Conference in Asheville, NC
I absolutely love this shirt. It’s such an ingenious idea and I think most stay at home moms (and dads) should own one. Not only am I proclaiming to everyone else how awesome I am but I’m reminding myself that the work I do for my family is extraordinary. I wore my t-shirt to the Type-A Mom Conference and received so many raving comments from other stay at home moms.

Spring Cleaning isn’t spring cleaning without a deep clean of your home. This weekend we attacked the living room, rearranged some stuff and really cleaning the whole room. I used some great Kirby Cleaning Products that you’ll want to try. While we were cleaning I use the Lickity Split All Purpose Disolver to remove the…

Jude loves to dress up in costumes and he absolutely loves Halloween. Just recently Jude and Joe have started watching the animated Spider-man series on Netflix. So I thought he would like to be Spider-man for Halloween. We ordered his Spider-man costume from Just Kid Cotumes, they have a great selection of quality costumes for…
It’s almost that time of year again, the first day of school. When I was in school I loved shopping for school supplies. Nothing beats freshly sharpened pencils and a brand new notebook. We usually got the standard, boring notepads that came were available everywhere but I always wanted something fun and fashionable. No one…

I’m a t-shirt kind of mom but I like a slightly nicer tee than the free ones they hand out at store openings. Comfort is my number one goal while chasing around my active 2 year old. But comfort doesn’t have to mean frumpy. I typically wear a feminine cut V-neck shirt and jeans or…
