Melt It Off Review + Giveaway
While I love going to the gym there are days when leaving the house with a toddler is daunting. I’ve tried doing a few exercises on my own but I don’t really know what I’m doing or how to properly work different areas and to be honest I don’t really push myself. So I was thrilled to try out Melt It Off. It’s a great DVD program that comes with 3 different workouts, a 2lb G-ball, a meal plan and inspirational guide.
I did the 3 Day Melt It Off Kick Start and WOW, that’s a workout. While a lot of the workouts aren’t full out intense cardio they do target specific areas and work your entire body very well. After my first workout my legs and butt let me know it was working. I really like having the option to workout at home, during Jude’s nap time or if he’s not feeling well. I particularly like the 30 min workout which is great for busy moms.
