Chia Goodness is a new concept in breakfast cereal. The ingredients are completely raw. There are many great ways to enjoy Chia Goodness cold or hot. Mix in either milk or water, wait a few minutes and enjoy a delicious breakfast as comforting as Oatmeal.

I was a little apprehensive after first inspecting Chia Goodness but after playing around with the different methods of preparation I learn that it is quite delicious mixed in with yogurt and topped with a Strawberry! For years I’ve struggled to find a quick yet health breakfast often resulting in skipping breakfast all together. But we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
