How to Do All 4 Disney World Parks in One Day: Our Step-by-Step Itinerary
We’ve done Disney a lot of ways—but never like this.
My husband and I set ourselves a wild challenge: visit all four Walt Disney World parks in one day, and to successfully complete the challenge, we had to do three things in each park:
- Ride at least one attraction
- Eat at least one snack
- Take a photo with the park’s iconic landmark
It was intense. It was magical. It was 13 miles of walking and nearly 18 hours in the parks. And yes, it was so totally worth it.

Here’s how it all went down:
Stop 1: Animal Kingdom (6:30 AM)
We started bright and early—hello, sunrise over the Tree of Life! We rope dropped Dinosaur for a fun (and slightly jerky) ride into the prehistoric era, then grabbed a super quick breakfast from Tamu Tamu Refreshments—croissants and danishes to fuel the madness ahead.

Since park-to-park bus transportation doesn’t start running until 10AM, we used a car share service to transfer over to Hollywood Studios.
Stop 2: Hollywood Studios (8:45 AM)
We arrived just before the official park opening (it was still Early Park Entry for Hotel Guests). Our first stop: Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway. From there, we walked onto Star Tours, met the Mandalorian, and used our first pre-booked Lightning Lane(LL) for Smugglers Run in Galaxy’s Edge.
We grabbed a quick snack—pretzels and chips—from Baseline Taphouse, said a quick farewell to MuppetVision 3D, and split up for a bit: Joe tackled Tower of Terror (LL)while I did a little shopping. We reunited for our Rise of the Resistance using an Individual Lightning Lane, then hopped on the Skyliner for our next stop.

EPCOT (1:22 PM)
EPCOT greeted us with Flower & Garden Festival vibes. We snacked on a tostada and drinks from one of the booths, met Figment, and then… I made the questionable life choice of using my Individual Lightning Lane on Cosmic Rewind (spoiler: I survived, but barely).
After another quick bite from the Florida Fresh booth and a smooth ride on Soarin’, we took our Spaceship Earth photo and caught the monorail to our final park.

Final Stop: Magic Kingdom (4:30 PM)
We made it! First stop: castle photo—because obviously. Then we used Lightning Lanes for Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Caribbean, picked up a few souvenirs, and lucked into a last-minute dinner reservation at Skipper Canteen. Brazilian cheese bread, falafel, and some mystery dish we couldn’t name—but loved.
After dinner, we said hi to our favorite grumpy crab on Under the Sea-Journey of the Little Mermaid, grabbed a few more gifts for our kids, laughed through Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, and caught the fireworks at Happily Ever After. We capped off the night with a relaxing ride on the PeopleMover and the most refreshing Dole Whip ever.

Final Thoughts
Four parks. One challenge. Nearly 18 hours of non-stop Disney fun. It was exhausting, yes—but also so magical and something we’ll always remember.
Would we do it again? In a heartbeat.
Thinking of trying the challenge yourself? Pack your comfiest shoes, plan your Lightning Lanes carefully, and most importantly, embrace the magic.
