Jude loves to take things apart and put things together. We love building with blogs, assembling puzzles and filling buckets with rocks. So I knew he would love KNEX. We received three great Sesame Street K’NEX building sets Swim Time Ernie, Cookie Monster’s Basketball and Kick It! Elmo.
Jude loves pulling the pieces apart and putting them in the buckets. Then he wants me to assemble them together again so he can just take them back apart. He’s still working on getting the pieces together but I think it’s wonderful to watch his hand-eye coordination develop.
I love that the sets come in small buckets for easy clean up and travel.

Paw Patrol has been huge in our house for years so we’re super excited about the recent release of the new Might Pups Super Paws DVD. Marshall is our favorite pup. We love the new Mighty Pups Super Paws episodes because you take the already heroic Paw Patrol and add superpowers and it just doubles…
There will be tons of new toys opened on Christmas morning and there will also be many disappointed kids that have to wait to play with their new toys because mommy and daddy forgot to get batteries. DON’T FORGET TO BUY BATTERIES! Energizer knows that mom and dad will be buying many toys this holiday…
Jude loves to eat. He also loves to take things apart and put them together. When ever I’m in the kitchen he wants to be there with me… helping. So I thought I should get him some play food so he can “cook” whenever he wants. We got Jude the Melissa and Doug Wood Sandwich…
Now that I am a mom to two small children we don’t get out of the house as much. It’s just a little more challenging to take both of them out by myself. So we have to get creative with our playtime at home. That is what I love about the Build A Dream castle…
A few weeks ago I wrote about the lack of kid-friendly restaurants out there and how most high chairs are disgusting. I know that kids aren’t the neatest eaters in the world, especially Jude. And when I go out to eat I try to clean up after our messy toddler however I don’t carry around…
Noah pretty much potty trained himself in a weekend but now he’s a little too confident in his skills. He doesn’t want any help when it comes to using the potty which can end up getting pretty messy. The biggest challenge he has is getting himself up on the potty while using a potty seat….
