Over the weekend we visited the NC Museum of Life and Science and it was hot! We had a lot of fun visiting the bears, wolves, lemurs and all the great outdoor exhibits but now that spring is here we have to be extra careful in the sun. I was glad we received our Kinesys KIDS sunscreen the day before.
I love that the Kinesys KIDS sunscreen is a spray application since my busy little toddler doesn’t want to sit still for anything. The SPF 30 is great for my fair skined child, he gets pink in an instant so we have to use sunscreen all the time.I also love that Kinesys doesn’t have any alcohol, PABA, preservatives or frangrances. Jude’s skin is sensitive and I don’t want to apply any unnecessary chemicals.
No parabens, preservatives, nanoparticles, nuts, nut oil, gluten, dairy, egg, soy, sulphites or colourants have been added to these products.

I’m not sure why but for over a year we didn’t use a pail liner for our cloth diapers. Finally, I got one and wondered how we ever lived without it. I used to weekly scrub out the pail and use a deodorizer to keep the smell down. Now with our new Wahmies Pail Liner…
Every day Jude asks we can go “winming”. That’s swimming in toddler-ese. Luckily we are members of our local YMCA so we try to visit the indoor pool as much as possible. He’s 2 but not yet ready to be potty trained and I’m not about to buy disposable diapers just for swimming. We love…
I’ve been trying to teach Jude different ways to give and that the holidays are about more than receiving presents. Last week we bought a gift for our the angel tree as part of the Teaching Kids to Give series and this week we mailed a post card to the USO through the Cheerios Cheer…
You might now know that I am a magician. I perform magic on a daily basis. Somehow I manage to magically change my wiggly 8 mo old in record speed. How do I do this you ask? The answer is two fold. 1. Huggies Little Movers Slip-On Diapers2. And… a good magician never reveals her secrets!…
Baby proofing is a process. It evolves over time. You always have to be one step ahead of your little one. You wouldn’t think a little babe could cause so much destruction but you’d be surprised. Obviously baby proofing your home isn’t just for the safety of your material items but it sure helps to…
For most kids across the country school is back in session. Jude isn’t old enough for school just yet but I’m already thing of all the things we’ll need for school. A lunch box is first on my list of things he’ll need. So rather than waiting until the week before school starts we’re checking…
