Slow Cooker Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breasts Cubed
  • 1 jar Jar Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 1 cup Pineapple diced
  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 2 cups potatoes cut into large chunks

Instructions

  1. Place onions and potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker, and add chicken.

  2. Top with pineapples and sauce, stir to mix

  3. Cook on low for 6 hours

  4. Serve over rice

Recipe Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Reheat leftovers in the microwave or on stovetop over low heat.
