Roasted Asparagus with Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb trimmed asparagus
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Add asparagus to the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Add lemon juice
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Top asparagus with lemon slices
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes
