					<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t usually like it when people get nit-picky about what&#039;s paleo and what&#039;s not, but when it comes to classifying something as &quot;Whole30&quot; it really needs to follow the rules which means no sweeteners, including honey, and no pretend baked goods like muffins and cookies. I am not coming down on your plan at all, looks great, just suggesting clarification of any exceptions you make for your family for those that may be new to Whole30 and not familiar with all the guidelines. I know when we do it I have to allow my daughter paleo pancakes or she will make the month miserable.]]></description>
