He is always trying to add lima beans (YUCK!) to soups and I trying to avoid that. Plus, we grew okra this summer and it is still producing a lot.

Thanks Lisa. I’d say any cut of Roast (Bottom-Round, Rump, Chuck, etc or Stew Meat.) The recipe is pretty flexible with what you include.
