What a rotten deal you were dealt. I don’t blame you. In fact, you were a lot more polite than I would’ve been. I would notify the governing board for dentistry, as well as look into any claims/complaints that have been filed about this guy. I’m SURE you will find some. The board has to publish this info as a service to the public. I also would notify the BBB if he is a member. Maybe even contact http://www.jointcommission.org/ as he is practicing unethical medicine to let his patients be in pain in addition to incorrect diagnosis which potentially would’ve cost you/insurance a lot of money.
