I hope you can find some comfort. Maybe start a conversation with your doctor or midwife now — express what you want and need — it might help take a load off your mind.

Ive been meaning to write up the story of Edison’s birth because I really want to share with you a positive high-risk unmedicated hospital birth experience. Her birth was everything I could have hoped for because of my doctor and nurse’s support.

I promise to write it soon. Natural is possible in a hospital and it only required my saying it was what I wanted.
