I want to try a food truck, I had no idea they had food truck rodeos! and it’s been ages since we’ve been to Pullen Park and I hear it’s even better since the renovation. I am glad you were able to make that road trip to the beach even though it was so hot, sounds like a zoo and farm trip all in one, that should count for two items! I need to make a bucket list before the summer is over.

I really wanted to try Pie-Pushers but the line was outrageously long. I think if we planned accordingly we might be able to make a weeknight dinner in Durham. Let me know when you hear of any smaller rodeos.

The huge ones are always majorly packed. The other night we hit up the one at our neighborhood park -Northgate- and it was perfectly reasonable in size. I was able to sample three different trucks (Pie Pushers, Chirba Chirba, and The Parlour) for one meal. That’s never happened before. Of course, since you’re out of town, it could be harder to hit up an evening rodeo on a weekday.

Glad you enjoyed Parlez-Vous. Their crepes are delicious.
