There has to be a thought out way to balance paying debt down/off and also still be having enough time to sleep properly and see your family.
If you only get three hours a sleep at night you are as high a risk as a drunk behind the wheel of a car. The risk of causing a vehicle accident is just too high and then your family would be in a bigger bind.
