					<description><![CDATA[I would also like to add the copper IUD as a safe, effective option here.  I also did a lot of research before I married and didn&#039;t like the idea of taking the pill, and the non-hormone, copper IUD seemed like the best option for me.  It also lasts for up to 10 years.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I agree! Knowing your own body well enough to be able to decide when you get pregnant is so much better.  It was amazing how many times the doctors and nurses asked me about birth control pills in the whole pregnancy/birth process with the baby.  They were really pushing it.]]></description>

I chart my cycle on fertilityfriend.com, and I think if you are conscientious and disciplined, it is a good way to know your body well enough to avoid pregnancy if you want to.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was equally frustrated with just how little information was actually given to women - as if we can&#039;t figure out the best option for ourselves or something.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Taking Charge of Your Fertility was really an eye-opening book for me!]]></description>
